I fail to guess what Annejet Kosters, the Dutch shoe designer had in mind when she made such weird, absolutely impractical shoes. I mean, we pay a bomb for our pedicures and if a shoe can’t even keep that intact, I feel it is a sheer waste of money. These toeless shoes are anything but glamorous. And the inconvenience, one would have to go through wearing them is a painful thought. Far from even decent, these shoes are a heinous fashion crime. And why would the designer even think that somebody would bother to take the trouble of wearing these gross shoes, is beyond me. I guess we need a museum to exhibit them and a case study to even justify their being.
